Minister for Health visits young people’s inpatient unit

Need urgent help?

A mental health crisis (sometimes called a mental health emergency) is when a person’s mental or emotional state worsens quickly. It often means that you no longer feel able to cope or be in control of your situation.

This can be a frightening experience, you may feel scared, overwhelmed or alone but the important thing to remember is that you are not alone and there is support available to help you feel better.
